🌱 WordSproutBack to home

Our story

It started with Ari.

WordSprout began as a way to track Ari's words. When Ari reached about 1,000 words, the tracking stopped.

That simple experience changed how we think about the app. Keeping track has a season. A family's journal should still be useful when that season is over.

A journal for this little chapter

WordSprout helps parents save a child's words, connect the languages their family speaks, and see their vocabulary grow. You can export the record when you want a copy to keep or share.

For version 1.4.0, we're building a journal summary and a reversible archive option, so you can set a finished journal aside on your device without deleting its words.

Your family decides when

There is no required milestone, daily target, or 1,000-word limit. Keep logging for as long as it feels useful. Stop when you're ready.

We're also preparing a one-time Family upgrade at a planned US launch price of $24.99, with no monthly renewal. The free journal will still include unlimited word logging, one child profile, three languages, and CSV export.
